IT Manager

Leading LBM company in New England 

Multiple Locations - Remote, Hybrid, Massachusetts, New Hampshire

The IT Manager will lead the planning and execution of all related technology processes designed to optimize business effectiveness through development, maintenance, and deployment of functionality related to the organizational ERPs and related systems. 

• Provide consultative advice and counsel to management and team on software matters relating to supported applications, including related operational best practices
• Support pre &  post ERP implementations and subsequent IT development/maintenance 
• Review all applications issues and perform system maintenance and support as needed
• Collaborate with related departments to monitor supported applications, system performance, and project status
• Prepare reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities and status
• Evaluate factors such as reporting formats required, cost constraints, and need for security restrictions to determine application configuration
• Train and support end users on ERP and supported applications
• Support the creation of learning guides and SOPs for application resource documentation

• 10+ years of experience working with ERP software applications, with an understanding of information technology standards, procedures, and best practices required
• Experience with Epicor products including BisTrack is required
• SQL experience required 
• Demonstrated experience leading projects required
