Human Resources (HR) Manager

Location

Multiple Locations - Massachusetts, New Hampshire 


Summary

The Human Resources Manager is a key leadership role in the development and management of Human Capital strategies during an organizational transformation initiative for a mature organization in an evolving industry.    


The role requires strong HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage employee relationships while supporting leadership in driving critical strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating weekly payroll, including hourly employee reconciliation, PTO, et al 
  • Administration of Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
  • Performance Management administration (e.g., goals and measurement against via annual reviews
  • Job Description Management (i.e., roles/responsibilities, hierarchy, et al)

Qualifications

  

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist with demonstrated depth of knowledge in all technical and operational areas of HR
  • Experience facilitating weekly payroll, onboarding/offboarding, performance management
  • Strong working knowledge of benefits administration, leave management, and employee relations best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication and consultative skills
  • Proven track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail and follow-through
  • A passion for the company’s mission balanced with a focus on the well-being and development of all employees
  • A mentor and leader who models professionalism and promotes a positive, inclusive culture
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
